How We Tested This Pair

Three weeks of alternating daily use at the same desk, same chair, same Grovemade mat, same 27-inch display. The Logitech MX Master 3S wins for most people. Better ergonomics, insane battery life, MagSpeed scrolling, multi-device support, and it charges from the front like a normal product. At the same price as the Magic Mouse, it’s the objectively better mouse for productivity.

The Magic Mouse makes sense if you’re deeply attached to macOS gestures and you use a mouse lightly (under an hour a day). Or if you simply prefer the Apple ecosystem aesthetic and don’t mind the ergonomic tradeoff.

We’d put the MX Master 3S on every MacBook owner’s desk. It’s that good.
